Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Social Photo Share, run by Eventology in Amman, Jordan. By creating an event or uploading a photo, you agree to them.
1. Your event
Each purchase covers one event. Uploads open for 3 days from the moment you publish. Your plan sets how many photos and how much storage the event has.
Each account can create one free event: 50 photos, 300 MB of storage and 1 day (24 hours) of uploads from the moment you publish. The live photo wall isn't included, and guest screens show a small "Powered by Social Photo Share" line. You can upgrade a free event to any paid plan before or after it closes, and everything already uploaded stays. We may refuse or remove free events created to get around the one-per-account limit.
2. How long we keep photos
We keep photos for 30 days after uploads close. We email you 7 days and 24 hours before they're deleted if you haven't downloaded them yet. After 30 days, photos are deleted forever and can't be recovered. Your event details and receipts stay in your account.
Free events are kept for a shorter time: 7 days after uploads close. We email you 24 hours before they're deleted. Upgrading a free event moves it to the paid retention period.
3. What guests can upload
Guests may only upload photos they took or have the right to share. No illegal, hateful, or sexual content. As the event owner, you can hide or delete any photo. We may remove content or suspend an event that breaks these rules.
4. Who owns the photos
Guests keep the rights to their photos. By uploading, they let the event owner download, keep, and share them. We only store and process photos to run the service, and we never use them for advertising.
5. Your QR code
Anyone with your QR code can join the event, so share it only with your guests. If it leaks, contact us and we'll issue a new one.
6. Liability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Our total liability for any event is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms follow the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
