Refund policy

Drafts are free. You pay when you publish your event, and from then on the payment is final.

Drafts are freeSet up your event, branding and plan without paying. Payment is taken when you publish and your QR code goes live.
Payments are finalOnce you publish and pay, the payment is non-refundable, even if no guest has uploaded yet.
You can still askRequest a review up to 24 hours before your event. We decide each case and may offer a new date or a full or partial refund.

Asking for a review

Open your event in the owner portal and choose Request a refund. You can do this up to 24 hours before your event date, or until uploads close if no date is set. Tell us whether the event was cancelled or postponed, or what went wrong. Guest uploads pause while we review, and we reply by email within 2 working days. Every request is decided case by case.

Cancelled or postponed events

We will first offer to move your event to a new date at no cost. Your upload window starts again on the new date and your QR code stays the same. If you would rather not move it, you can still ask for a refund.

If a refund is approved

We may refund the full amount or part of it, for example only the live wall. Refunds go back through PayPal to your original payment method, in US dollars, within 5 to 10 working days. The JOD equivalent can differ slightly because of exchange rates. After a full refund the event closes, and any photos already shared stay available to download for 30 days.

Problems on our side

If an outage on our side stopped guests from uploading, email [email protected] with your receipt number, even after the event. We refund in full or move you to a new event.

Upgrades and add-ons

Plan upgrades and the live photo wall are paid when you add them and follow the same rules. On a draft, the live wall is added to what you pay when you publish.

Free trial

The free event has nothing to pay or refund. Upgrading it to a paid plan is a payment like any other.

Before opening a dispute

Please use Request a refund or email [email protected] first. We can usually sort things out faster than a PayPal dispute.
