Uploads only open by scanning the QR code at the event. Typed or forwarded links are blocked, so photos only come from people who were actually there.
No. Your name is set once on your first scan and stays fixed, so every photo is credited correctly. Check it before you continue.
Take one photo at a time with the camera, or choose up to 10 from your gallery per batch. You can add more batches as often as you like.
Venue Wi-Fi can be slow. Each file shows its own progress, and anything that fails gets a Retry button. The rest carry on.
Your gallery shows only the photos you uploaded. Everyone's photos come together on the event's live wall and with the event owner.

Export all photos, or just the ones you select, as ZIP files of the original files, never recompressed. Large exports are split into 1 GB parts, and download links stay valid for 48 hours.
Open the wall link on any screen, TV, or projector with a browser. New uploads appear on it as they come in.
Guests can't upload anymore, but your dashboard, photos, and exports stay available.
Plans start at JOD 39 per event, one time. Starter is JOD 39 (500 photos, 5 GB), Standard is JOD 69 (1,000 photos, 10 GB), and Premium is JOD 129 (2,500 photos, 25 GB). Social and corporate events are priced the same.
Yes. Every account gets one free event, with no card needed: 50 photos, 300 MB and 1 day of uploads. Your cover and colors are included; the live wall isn't. Upgrade the same event to any plan and everything guests shared stays. If you don't upgrade, download your photos within 7 days after uploads close.
No. Drafts are free. You pay when you publish, which is when your QR code goes live and uploads open.
Payments are final once you publish. If your event is cancelled or postponed, open it and choose Request a refund up to 24 hours before the event date. We can move it to a new date at no cost, or review a refund. If something on our side stopped guests from uploading, email [email protected] and we will make it right.
Every plan includes a 3-day upload window, a branded QR in PNG and SVG, your cover and colors, and original-quality ZIP exports. Plans differ only in how many photos and how much storage you get.
The live wall is an add-on for JOD 10 per event, available on every plan. Add it when you create your event, or later from your dashboard.
Pick a bigger plan when you create your event: Standard or Premium. Already live? Upgrade from your dashboard and pay only the difference.
Guests see a friendly notice and new uploads pause. Nothing already uploaded is affected. Upgrade your plan and uploads resume straight away.
