We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as we need it, and never sell it.
What we collect
Who sees guest photos
Only the event owner and the guest who uploaded them. If the event has a live photo wall, approved photos are shown on a screen at the venue. Guests never see each other's photos in the app.
How long we keep data
Photos: 30 days after uploads close (7 days for a free event), then deleted forever. Guest names and device data: deleted along with the photos. Owner account and receipts: kept while your account is open, and receipts for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Guests can delete their own photos at any time from "My photos". Owners can delete any photo or the whole event. To get or erase your data, email [email protected].
Services we use
PayPal to take payments. Card and PayPal details are handled by PayPal and we never see your full card number. Brevo to send sign-in codes and event emails. Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager if we use it, to understand visits to our public website, only if you accept. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy and may process it outside Jordan.
Cookies and analytics
We use two kinds of cookies. Essential ones keep owners signed in and let a guest's phone stay joined to an event. They can't be switched off, because the service doesn't work without them. Analytics cookies from Google only load on our public pages (home, features, how it works, FAQ, contact and this page) and only after you choose Accept. They are never used on event pages, guest upload pages, the owner portal or the admin area.
When analytics is on, Google records which pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser, and your approximate city. We don't use it for advertising, we don't link it to your account or your photos, and we keep this data for 14 months.
